Payment of a non-refundable deposit of one night is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of one night. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee
We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site. For an extra fee, we can provide equipment, such as a cot, high chair travel cot, car seat and stair guard. Please contact us for further details.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 11am. There is a late checkout option for additional fee upon request. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.
