How BNBHubs processes refunds for direct bookings, cohost services, and any other paid transaction.

Direct stays

Booking refunds

Refunds for stays follow the cancellation policy. Once the eligible refund amount is confirmed:

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days; international cards may take longer depending on the issuer.
  • BNBHubs does not deduct payment-processing fees from your refund.
Duplicate or accidental

Double-charged or wrong listing

If you were charged twice, charged for the wrong property, or charged after canceling within the free window:

  1. Email bookings@bnbhubs.com with the Stripe receipt and the booking reference.
  2. BNBHubs verifies the charge in Stripe within one business day.
  3. Full refund is initiated immediately on confirmation. No questions asked.
Owners and cohosts

Owner service refunds

BNBHubs operates on a 30% commission of booked revenue (the cohost MOU). We do not charge setup fees. If an owner cancels the partnership:

  • No future-month commission is owed once the listing is unlinked.
  • Any commission already collected on a paid stay is non-refundable — those nights have been delivered.
  • Bookings already confirmed at termination are still serviced; final commission is settled at month end.
Disputes

Chargebacks and disputes

We prefer to resolve refund requests directly. If you raise a Stripe dispute first, our internal refund process pauses until the dispute closes. To save time, please email or WhatsApp BNBHubs before opening a card dispute — most refund decisions are made the same business day.
