We charge for the study on purpose. It funds honest work, and it is how both sides find out quickly whether this is real. Owners and developers with delivered inventory or a signed mandate qualify; brokers and sourcing partners are welcome on a referral basis instead. Before we invoice a developer engagement, we ask to see the mandate — the same standard we hold ourselves to.
